How to view these stream - usage of VLCThese native streams are viewable on whatever device where VLC can be installed.
VLC is available for PC as well Mac platforms (see VLC website for more informations)
On a windows PC (but the version for other OSs are similar) to load a stream directly, click on Media -> Open Network Stream and in the windows it will opens, type the URL of the desired stream.
About smartphone, I'm using VLC player for android, still in beta version (0.1.3), but it works quite fine (despite of the warning about the risks for your cat, and a user interface quite poor compared to desktop program).

The URL can be written in three ways:
using the ipaddress
using the main alias of the DNS
usinge the alternative alias of the DNS
On mobile phones, please use only low bitrate streams (up to 500 Kbps) excluding the case in which you are connected via wifi with a reliable download or in HSDPA.
3g data bandwidth depends on coverage and this may not be able to supply more than 500 Kbps.
If you can, please collaborate to the VLC Android testbed forum and do not forget that
in these pages you could find solution to some of your Android VLC troubles.
At the moment the beta version 0.1.3 does not recognize the loop and stops the reproduction at any loop.

VLC e' disponibile su ogni PC, (Windows, Mac o Linux, per informazioni piu' complete vedi il sito web di VLC).
Su un PC con windows (ma le versioni per altri sistemi operativi alla fine sono simili) per caricare uno stream direttamente, click su Media -> Apri flusso di rete e nella finestra che si apre, digita la URL dello stream desiderato.
Sugli smartphone, io sto usando VLC player per android che, malgrado gli avvisi per la incolumita' del tuo gatto (e' ancora in beta version, 0.1.3), funziona abbastanza bene. Sicuramente l'interfaccia utente e' piuttosto povera se comparata a quella per workstation.

La URL puo' essere scritta in tre modi:
usando l'ip address
usando il suo alias principale nel DNS
usando il suo alias alternativo sul DNS.
Sui telefoni, per favore utilizza solo stream a basso bitrate (fino a 500 Kbps) salvo che tu sia connesso in wifi o ad una connessione HSDPA molto buona.
La banda di una connessione 3g dipende dalla sua copertura e puo' non essere in grado di fornirti piu' di 500 Kbps.
Inoltre, se puoi, collabora al forum di test di VLC per Android e non dimenticare che
in queste pagine puoi trovare delle soluzioni ad alcuni dei tuoi problemi con VLC su android.
Finora la beta version 0.1.3 di VLC per android non supera (autonomamente) la discontinuita' dei pcr e si ferma ad ogni loop. Cio' non accade per la versione per workstation.
